My Brief Origin Story

Some people find their purpose.
Others have it forced on them.

For me, it started with burnout.

I was a corporate VP, always on call, managing nonstop demands.
It looked successful from the outside, but I was running on fumes inside.
Eventually, I walked away. I had to.

I figured running my own business would give me freedom.
But a string of poor decisions and misaligned moves landed me in bankruptcy.
It shook everything—my finances, my confidence, and my identity.

I started over.
No titles. No perks. Just me—helping rebuild early-stage startups from the inside.
That’s when I began to rediscover my strengths.

But then the personal losses came.

I lost my Dad at the onset of the pandemic.
The startup I was helping was acquired and then acquired again.
We were absorbed into the corporate vortex. I became just another cog.
Eventually, I was made redundant.

Not long after, I lost my Mom too.

Those events didn’t just knock me down.
They clarified what mattered.

In the aftermath, I made a quiet but powerful decision:
I was going to rebuild on my own terms.

And this time, I wasn’t starting from scratch.
I was starting from experience.

I’d spent decades leading businesses, solving complex problems, and building systems that actually work.

So I did what came naturally:
I turned that same strategic thinking inward.
I began to run my life the way I used to run companies—with vision, focus, accountability, and structure.

That became CEO Life OS.

It draws on what I know I’m good at—turning chaos into clarity—and applies it to the one thing I’d always neglected: myself.

And here’s what I realized:
The principles we rely on in the business world — planning, metrics, and systems — are the same ones most people ignore in their personal lives.

When I applied them to mine, everything changed.

I found calm in the structure.
Momentum in the habits.
And meaning in the rebuild.

Now, I help others install that same operating system.
Not because they’re broken.
But because they’re brilliant, and just need better infrastructure.
